Hal and Sharon cruised the Caribbean aboard the Norwegian Dream January 23-30, 2000. TThey visited San Juan and the El Yunque rain forest in Puerto Rico; the countries St. Lucia and Antigua; Tortolla and Virgin Gorda in the British Virgin Islands; and St. Croix and St. Thomas in the U.S. Virgin Islands.

 This Russian freighter has been
stranded next to El Morro since November 1999. Note the power of the surf. The fuel and
cargo are being offloaded and, fortunately, no environmental damage has been done. I don't
think you could say the same for the freighter. |
